Download the self-extracting file, double-click on it to let it unpack, a folder C:\PNP\LAN\ will be created.

When finished, proceed as follows:

Click My Computer with the secondary mouse button and select Properties from the pop-up menu.
Click the Hardware tab, click the Device Manager tab.
Click Network adapters, then double-click the driver already listed (Serial Pci deveice detected by Windows XP). I
n the Network adapters Properties window, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard will appear, click the Next button.
Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended) and click Next.
Select Specify a location and click Browse...
Browse to the folder C:\PNP\LAN\e100b325.inf Click OK, click Next, and follow the on screen instructions
Close the Network adapters properties window by clicking Close
Restart your computer
